Evgeny has been drawing since his childhood and started sculpting in 2006. Also, he writes fairy tales, poems and stories. (…) It was sculptures of real and imagined animals that made the young artist popular both in Russia and abroad. Evgeny himself especially loves dragons and winged animals. According to his words, wings are the symbol of dreams, freedom and fantasy. Still, all his creations are born not only from the flight of imagination and inspiration. It is also hard work. Evgeny can spend from 12 to 15 hours a day working. Some of his sculptures consist of more than 3000 hand-made details.
